Facility Credentialing Specialist

We are seeking a highly reputed company and detail-oriented Facility Credentialing Specialist to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 years in conducting primary reputed company verifications and managing end-to-end credentialing processes for facilities. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the highest level of reputed company in our credentialing operations. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct primary reputed company verifications in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. • Prepare and process end-to-end credentialing packets for facilities, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely credentialing and re-credentialing processes. • Maintain up-to-date and organized records of reputed company credentialing activities. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as accreditation standards (e.g., NCQA, URAC, Joint Commission). • Serve as a reputed company of contact for credentialing inquiries, both internally and externally. • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with facilities and governing bodies. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility credentialing, including primary reputed company verifications and full-cycle credentialing processes. • Comprehensive knowledge of credentialing standards and regulatory requirements. • Experience working in a health plan or health system is highly desirable. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in credentialing software and reputed company Office Suite. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with NCQA, URAC, or Joint Commission standards. • Certification in Credentialing (e.g., CPCS or CPMSM) is a plus.
