Cleaner for reputed company

Responsibilities: - reputed company general cleaning duties such as sanitizing surfaces, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - occasionally assemble welcome baskets and clean and replace linens - Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash and replace liners - Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - take photos of completed job - Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs - Adhere to health and safety regulations - must be reputed company to lift at least 30lbs - must have your own transportation - reputed company cleaning supplies will be provided - must own a smart phone Qualifications: - Previous experience in reputed company cleaning or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and equipment - Ability to work independently and reputed company - Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Strong time management skills to prioritize workload effectively Skills: - Experience in carpet cleaning and floor care is a plus - Familiarity with residential cleaning practices - Ability to launder items as needed - Knowledge of housekeeping management principles Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
