In this role, you will ensure the functionality and usability of our internal software applications while diagnosing and resolving issues. Proven experience in database high availability and disaster recovery strategies. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Git Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Effective verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across different organizational levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document issues and resolutions. Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
