Responsibilities of Remote Outbound Call Center Agents •

• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner that strengthens the reputed company between nonprofit and donor.

• Communicate with donors across the United States sharing important updates from our clients on the work they are doing • Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients. • Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
