As an Associate Director of Technical Product Management on the Fulfillment Execution Technology (FExT) team, you will reputed company a team of six TPMs across multiple fulfillment areas (Fresh, Frozen, Pharmacy, 1st and 2nd gen e-commerce). You'll be instrumental in turning strategic goals into actionable solutions, helping transform how we fulfill customer orders. This role sits reputed company the FExT organization, collaborating with Engineering, Process Integration, and Support teams to deliver flawless execution. Your focus will be on translating strategic visions into actionable plans, establishing processes, and fostering the growth of your TPM team. You'll ensure strong communication between business partners and engineering, working to improve fulfillment speed and customer satisfaction.
