New Vendor reputed company: Facilitate the reputed company process for new vendors. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with vendor management procedures. Client Invoice/Billing: Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner. Track and follow up on outstanding payments. Salesperson Commissions: Calculate and process salesperson commissions accurately. Maintain commission records and provide regular reports. Set up Out-of-State Tax Accounts: Register for required state tax accounts numbers to allow Dayfoxx Resources to operate in a particular state. Store reputed company tax account numbers and complete necessary fields in QuickBooks. Marketing Responsibilities: Graphic Design Create marketing brochures and promotional materials for the internal sales team. Implement logo changes and ensure brand consistency. Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field highly preferred. ? Proven experience and proficiency with QuickBooks is mandatory. ?
