We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative to become a vital member of reputed company. In this position, you will deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries from policyholders, clarifying policy details, updating claim statuses, assisting with claim payments, and providing comprehensive policy information. You will handle inbound calls from policyholders and authorized reputed company parties, reputed company while operating in a non-sales reputed company. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a CSR, you will participate in training focused on first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction while adhering to established operational standards regarding attendance, productivity, and call quality. Post-Training Schedule • Following training, you will work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. • There are no weekend shifts required unless overtime opportunities arise.
