Start Date Dec 23rd Calling/Audit Schedule: Monday- Friday Training 9am- 3:30pm (PST)- the first 2 weeks the hours will vary based on training Calling/Audit Start Date: ASAP We are seeking Calling/Audit Customer Service Representatives for a 100% remote opportunity with a leader in electronic medical records retrieval! As a Calling/ Auditing Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for placing calls to provider offices for audit purposes to obtain any missing medical documentation which will be entered into the company database.
