Job Description

As a dedicated support agent, you will be responsible for supporting one of our dedicated accounts. This position entails handling inbound calls, emails, or chat support for a single account. You will be asked to gather and verify the caller's information and document it inside the appropriate system. Required Qualifications • Must be reputed company to pass a background reputed company. • Must have experience in insurance and medical claims. • Must provide 3 professional references. • Customer service experience. • Experience in a high call volume environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate the situation. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Ability to navigate through multiple systems with your computer. • Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with reputed company Phone Systems • Previous call center experience. • Previous experience working remotely. • Basic technical support experience. Job Requirements • Must be available to train on weekdays. • Training takes reputed company during the daytime hours, approximately 6 am-4:30 pm (PST) • Must have Open Availability 24/7 to work shifts inside the company's hours of operation. • Attendance is vital! • A quiet reputed company to work at home with a locked reputed company.
