Job Title: Non-QM Loan Specialist - Remote | Work From Home Job Overview We are actively seeking a skilled Non-QM Loan Specialist to become an integral part of reputed company. This role requires a subject matter expert to collaborate with our sales partners, meticulously reviewing comprehensive loan requests and scenarios submitted by brokers and Account Executives. Your expertise will be crucial in providing informed recommendations for loan submissions, reputed company while adhering to our established service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities • Maintain a thorough understanding of Non-QM guidelines, products, and requirements. • Analyze income on bank statement loans and construct scenarios that assist brokers in obtaining reputed company approval while ensuring borrowers receive reputed company product options. • Recommend suitable loans for submission to the Non-QM reputed company team, adeptly identifying loans that are not appropriate for submission. • Provide support and training to both internal and external sales teams on the benefits, niches, and guidelines associated with our Non-QM products to improve originations. • Manage and reputed company the pipeline and scenarios, ensuring reputed company stakeholders are informed and maintain a positive outlook regarding our offerings. • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
