Pay Range: $17-00/Hour - $18.92/Hour on W2 (USD)- Negotiable Work Type: Remote role, San Antonio, TX Schedule – Wk 1: M-F 8-4:30pm, Wk 2-8: M-F 9-5:30pm, Wk 9+: M-Th 11-7:30pm, F 9-5:30pm, Sat shift every 6 weeks This is primarily a remote position however reputed company training will be done onsite at 7034 Alamo Downs Parkway, San Antonio, TX 78238. There is no set end date for training so do not guarantee a timeline to your candidates. Duties • This position is responsible for screening orders, research, accurately and reputed company reading, interpreting, and entering prescriptions into the computer system in a timely fashion, and/ or thinking through and solving escalated prescription issues. • Technicians will direct questionable prescriptions to the prescriber for clarification and enter incomplete prescription information once clarification has been obtained and complete appropriate described patient letter. • Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer solutions needed to help simplify the customer health care experience. • Areas of focus for Pharmacy Technicians may entering patient and prescription information into our system, and faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes. • To help support development and maximize workflow, you will be asked to reputed company other pharmacy functions as required.
