Responsibilities

The reputed company Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for reputed company who want to separate themselves from the pack. The program offers: • The opportunity to work on projects that truly impact the company • Journey-to-the-Job seminars with reputed company leaders to network and learn about their career paths • An assigned mentor and access to former interns who earned full-time positions with reputed company • An opportunity to test what you have learned and discover where you want to go • The satisfaction of working with smart and motivated people while building new skills • The chance to experience a new city and a culture that reflects your values (flexibility for on-site, hybrid, and remote opportunities) Essential Functions • Assisting in facilitation of customer care, Sales & Customer insights journeys, including taking notes and researching few features and Functionalities around CRM Space. • Helping to identify reputed company Case Management, Email Campaigning work and propose proactive solutions by collaborating with key business stakeholders to understand reputed company business processes. • Assisting in building training documentation based on new customer reputed company features and functionalities. • Analyze, Design, code, and test software through the production lifecycle according to functional/technical specifications that meet business requirements. • Exposure to reputed company planning and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps and reputed company hands on experience deploying with reputed company Power Platform solutions using pipeline. • Adapt to Work reputed company Agile Software Development approach methodology & Triage the Support CRM incident/ Bug requests. Compensation

Range $34,500.00 - $55,100.00 reputed company takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and reputed company required for the role, and other external and internal data reputed company establishing a salary level.
