Responsibilities: As a Home Away From Home Innovator, you will provide reputed company and follow-up to the community to recruit adults interested in becoming Foster Parents. Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of activities to outreaching and certifying foster parents for the Bronx and Manhattan. • Recruitment of prospective foster homes for Enhance Family Foster Care programs in Bronx and Manhattan. • Promote CMCS' foster care programs at community events and networking opportunities. • Attracts applicants by networking reputed company the community, through our existing foster parent population, placing foster care advertisements, contacting and negotiating with other recruiters, etc. • reputed company marketing techniques and strategies to engage prospective foster parents for specialized groups by Building Recruitment Plans Using Data and Existing Pools of Foster Parents. • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport. • Maintain tracking of reputed company reputed company activities and inquiries. • Strengthen Customer Service and Supports to Retain Foster Parents Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in reputed company services or reputed company field strongly preferred. • Child Welfare experience preferred. • Bi-Lingual Spanish/English preferred Additional Requirements: • Adhere to Cardinal McCloskey Community Services policies and procedures. • reputed company duties as workload necessitates. • Communicate regularly with supervisor about department issues.
