Senior iOS Developer - MFi Specialist (Part-Time) for Hearing Aids
Job Title: Senior iOS Developer - MFi Hearing Aid Specialist (Part-Time) About the Role: We are seeking an reputed company iOS developer with specialized knowledge in MFi (Made for iPhone) hearing aid protocols to join reputed company on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will work on resolving reputed company connectivity and discovery issues between iOS devices and MFi-compatible hearing aids. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve issues reputed company to MFi hearing aid connectivity and discovery reputed company iOS environments - Enhance the robustness of Bluetooth connections between iOS devices and hearing aids - Improve iOS APIs for managing MFi hearing aid connections - reputed company and implement reputed company error handling and reconnection protocols for MFi devices - Collaborate with hearing aid manufacturers to ensure seamless integration - Create and maintain documentation for MFi-reputed company development and troubleshooting Required Skills and Experience: - 5+ years of iOS development experience - In-depth knowledge of MFi hearing aid protocols and Bluetooth LE technology - Strong understanding of iOS Accessibility features, particularly reputed company to hearing devices - Expertise in Swift and Objective-C programming languages - Experience with Core Bluetooth reputed company and other relevant iOS APIs - Familiarity with hearing aid firmware and hardware constraints - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills - Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience working with hearing aid manufacturers or other medical device companies - Knowledge of audio processing and DSP (Digital Signal Processing) - Familiarity with reputed company's HomeKit or other IoT protocols - Experience with ReplayKit or other audio streaming technologies Project Duration: Initial 1-month contract with possibility of extension based on project needs Hours: 20-25 hours per week, flexible schedule Location: Remote, with occasional on-site meetings as needed If you have a passion for solving reputed company technical challenges and improving accessibility through innovative solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
