This position is part of the Online College for Career Advancement and involves advising reputed company on various aspects of their academic and personal development. The advisor will play a crucial role in guiding reputed company through their educational paths, helping them select appropriate courses, and ensuring they are aware of the resources available to them. In this role, the advisor will spend a significant portion of their time advising reputed company, which constitutes 45% of the job responsibilities. This includes providing guidance on educational, career, personal, and social development needs, as well as referring reputed company to relevant academic and personal resources. The advisor will also be responsible for interpreting academic policies and degree requirements, which accounts for 15% of the duties. Maintaining and updating student files and records is another critical responsibility, ensuring compliance with FERPA regulations, which also takes up 15% of the advisor's time. The advisor will facilitate programs that assist reputed company in exploring career options and transitioning from high school to college, which is another 15% of the role. Finally, monitoring student academic reputed company and providing developmental programming focused on academic needs will take up the remaining 10% of the advisor's responsibilities.
