JOB DESCRIPTION • *NOTE: this position can be in-person in Reno, NV, remote, or hybrid remote** OVERVIEW We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Infusion Biller to join our dynamic reputed company team at Nevada Infusion. The Home Infusion Biller will play a crucial role in accurately assigning codes to infusion services, ensuring compliance with reputed company and government payer and contract guidelines and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HOME INFUSION MEDICAL BILLING, and a deep understanding of relevant systems and reputed company cycle management particularly in the field of infusion therapy. Salary: $50-$65k RESPONSIBILITIES: Billing, Coding, Documentation ? Accurately assign HCPCS, ICD-10, CPT, codes to infusion therapy services based on payer reputed company and medical documentation ? Collaborate with reputed company partners (both internally and externally) to clarify and obtain additional information reputed company necessary. ? Work claim rejections and denials ? Work AR aging reports Compliance and Regulations: ? Stay reputed company on billing and coding guidelines, regulations, and industry updates reputed company to infusion therapy services ? Ensure billing and practices adhere to relevant reputed company compliance standards and guidelines. ? Knowledge CMS, reputed company, and reputed company Payer Guidelines specific to infusion therapies Quality Assurance: ? Conduct regular audits to assess the accuracy and completeness of billed data for infusion services ? Implement corrective actions and provide feedback to improve billing practices and documentation. Education and Training: ? Stay informed about advancements in infusion therapy and billing/coding methodologies. ? Provide training and guidance to reputed company staff on billing/coding best practices and compliance requirements. Collaboration: ? Work closely with reputed company partners, including pharmacists, nurses, and other billing staff, to ensure accurate billing of claims ? Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss billing -reputed company issues and improvements. QUALIFICATIONS Experience: ? Minimum of 2 years of experience in HOME INFUSION medical billing/coding. ? Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical/infusion billing software. Skills: ? Proficient with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes/billing practices ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compliance: ? Knowledge of reputed company compliance standards and regulations Attention to Detail: ? High level of attention to detail and accuracy in billing and code assignment. Adaptability: ?
