Responsibilities

As A Customer Support Representative: • Introduce customers to our clients new telecommunication solutions and services that will exceed their needs • Interact with customers to meet our sales needs by closing any telecommunication services deals • Build and nurture strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs, preferences, and customer initiatives to reputed company support them in their inquiries • Act as the primary reputed company of contact between our clients and potential customers • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase reputed company reputed company and exposure for our clients • Maintain a deep understanding of our client's initiatives to effectively communicate their product and service offerings • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers, showcasing our client's services and goals • Ensure that reputed company customer interactions meet the company's quality standards and policies.
