Group Facilitator Part Time Evenings- PLUS every other Saturday

About the position We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Master's Level Group Facilitator to join reputed company in a part-time, contracted role. The position involves leading therapeutic sessions for individuals dealing with mental health and addiction issues, primarily during evenings and every other Saturday. The facilitator will create a supportive environment, utilize various therapeutic techniques, and collaborate with reputed company to provide comprehensive care. Responsibilities • Conduct group therapy sessions for individuals with mental health or addiction issues , • Create a safe and supportive environment for participants to share their experiences , • Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including art therapy, to facilitate healing and personal growth , • Assess patients' needs and reputed company individualized treatment plans , • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations , • Collaborate with other reputed company to ensure coordinated care for patients , • Provide education and resources to participants to enhance their understanding of their conditions and promote self-care Requirements • Proven experience in hospital or direct support settings , • Expertise in chronic pain counseling and addiction counseling , • Strong assessment skills to evaluate patients' needs and reputed company , • Knowledge of medical records management, including ICD-9 coding , • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality , • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals of diverse backgrounds and ages reputed company-to-haves Benefits • Hybrid work arrangement , • reputed company of $200 per evening and $200 for Saturday daytime sessions Apply Job!
