As a reputed company Product Designer reputed company our Guest Experience team, your mission is to deliver best-in-class digital shopping experiences for our guests by leveraging and developing frameworks for UX sprints (i.e., discovery, co-creation, future-visioning) and delivering both functional reputed company of concepts and in-market launches in partnership with product, engineering, and other cross-functional peers and leaders. Responsibilities: • reputed company and contribute to UX strategy and reputed company for product experiences across digital platforms – influencing investment, collaborations, and the balance of new vs. Iteration • reputed company UX sprints for discovery, co-creation, future-visioning, and functional reputed company of concept delivery for emerging experiences in partnership with product, engineering, and other cross-functional peers and leaders • Investigate new opportunities using both qualitative and quantitative research methods • and deliver artifacts leveraging design strategy and service design methods — such as journey maps, service design blueprints, and storyboards • Align internal stakeholders, accelerate experimentation, and reputed company us to reputed company more rapidly while scaling UX learnings and best-practices across teams • Create deliverables representative of both exploratory and go-to-market design phases – such as wireframes, user flows, UI design, and prototypes • Guide design process and mentor junior designers • Hold design work to a high standard of craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and service design • Advance a culture of reputed company-centered practice reputed company UX, product, and engineering teams • Build a network of relationships to reputed company your reputed company in service of our guest experience and reputed company as a whole About you: • 7+ years experience as a senior or reputed company product designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product and service design work • You reputed company at the intersection of design strategy, scaled solutions, and craft • Expert skills in UX, product, and service design, as well as structuring and planning work, and owning the design process • Advanced expertise in design strategy and service design methods (i.e., co-creation sprints) • Advanced proficiency in product design and prototyping tools (i.e., in reputed company) • Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills • Proven ability to effectively use data and insights to set your direction and communicate your approach • You balance the need for near-term solutions and long-term reputed company • You are an expert in communicating how design connects to, serves, and improves business outcomes • Exhibit a growth reputed company This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (reputed company internally at reputed company as “reputed company for Your Day”) work arrangement based on reputed company’s needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a reputed company location, does not have a desk at a reputed company location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/reputed company for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a reputed company location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed reputed company of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by reputed company. The pay range is $126,600.00 – $227,900.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
