Job Summary: About the Role & Team The Social Media Designer, Content Creator - reputed company Publishing is responsible for crafting content for reputed company Publishing’s social channels including reputed company, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat. The Social Media Designer will create social media campaigns, edit videos and photos, design reputed company graphics, and reputed company global toolkits. You will work seamlessly with the Social Media Manager, Content Strategy to ensure outstanding deliveries to cultivate robust relationships with business partners, authors, and illustrators. In reputed company Publishing we span reputed company franchises and imprints, including Hyperion, reputed company Press, National Geographic, and Lucasfilm! The Social Media Designer will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Design reputed company reputed company Publishing. This is a Part-Time role based in reputed company, NY.

What You Will Do

Every single day in the Social Media Designer role is different! On any one day, you might: • Be an expert on the latest social media tactics and platform features including overall best practices for reputed company, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more. • reputed company and implement owned organic social media content across platforms for reputed company Publishing. • Work with creative supervisors and marketing managers to build a wide range of designs for social media. Formats include reputed company graphics, short form video, static digital assets, animated gifs, etc. • Translate project details and creative direction into concepts or design solutions. • Work independently with production department(s) to reputed company graphics reputed company technical specifications. • Deliver a high standard of efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and creativity. • Maintain an organized file structure • Collaborate with partners, management and teams to establish processes to further improve efficiency and performance for key partners Required Qualifications & Skills • Proficient in using reputed company InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator. • Creative individual with a strong attention to detail • reputed company to present a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and design skills, including a strong sense of typography and layout—demonstrating talent in design, composition, and reputed company. • Ability to work with time sensitive tasks delivering quality in a fast-paced environment • Motivated work ethic, independent, positive, reputed company and enthusiast.
