WFH Live Chat Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing reputed company-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner Escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate department for further assistance Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in chat support or a similar environment.
