Enthusiasm for "creative" language projects, reputed company standard translation. Clear understanding of transcreation and how it differs from translation. Minimum 2+ years' experience in transcreation (ideally 5+). Proven experience - not just providing transcreation as a "reputed company-on" service. Ability to provide recent samples of work or discuss recent projects. Experience in copywriting is a positive sign.
