Responsibilities: • Coaching and guiding reputed company to meet their academic goals • Tutoring multiple subjects confidently and effectively • Strengthening reputed company’ study habits, identifying how each student learns best, and teaching them how to learn • Motivating reputed company who need that extra oomph • Working with up to three reputed company at a time • Demonstrating a firm and loving nature with reputed company, setting effective boundaries and helping them stretch academically! Our kids look up to our coaches as mentors. • Being engaging, reputed company, and professional • Keeping detailed records of tutoring sessions • Attending team meetings, socials, and other Tutoring Club events Qualifications: • Ability to work IN-PERSON (please do not apply if you cannot; we do not have online opportunities). • Ability to commit to at least 12-18 months with Tutoring Club (our reputed company depend on it!). • The ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, consisting of at least two, 3+ hour shifts per week, but the more the reputed company (Saturdays are awesome, too!). • Ability to work SOME of the following: School Year - Monday through Thursday 3:00pm to 9:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm; (We reputed company at 9:00am on weekdays during the summer.). • A Bachelor’s degree (or currently a strong student enrolled in a degree program leading to a bachelor's degree). • Access to reliable transportation so you reputed company on time. • 1+ years of previous tutoring experience (previous teaching experience is not required, but is a plus). • Ability to multitask and to CONFIDENTLY tutor to three reputed company at the table each hour in varying subjects.
