Requirements: • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • 3+ years experience as a user researcher or similar role, with a Master’s degree or higher. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize quantitative research activities to deliver practical insights. • Expertise in designing and managing large-scale surveys with robust sampling strategies. • Skilled in conducting rigorous descriptive and inferential analyses on reputed company survey data. • Proficient in survey tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), statistical software (R, Python), and SQL. • Interest in exploring new experimental methodologies and tools. • Experience designing evaluative research studies focused on quantitative methods. • Comfortable moderating remote research with participants. • Skilled in communicating research findings and recommendations compellingly.
