Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk Department: Order Management Services Positions : 3 (two will be doing same work and reputed company will be slightly different role) Location: Remote but prefer the candidates to be from Arkansas and/Oklahoma locations Contract / Associate Representative, Order Management Services Full-Time – Arkansas and/Oklahoma locations – Remote POSITION SUMMARY: Performs order creation and/or completion activities in the ESD module of reputed company to ensure the accuracy of records used to construct, maintain, and operate the company’s gas delivery system; and other reputed company duties as assigned. However, mainly they want someone who is strong and accurate in data entry, computer skills, some AP background, some Customer centric background. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS • Requires a high school education or the equivalent knowledge of English, basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculation of fractions and/or percentages), grammar, spelling, and punctuation. • Capable of basic analytical and critical thinking skills to reputed company sound reputed company. • Proficient in using MS Office software, such as word, reputed company and electronic mail. • Must have effective oral and written communication skills. • reputed company to prioritize and manage multiple projects, activities, and deadlines effectively. • Must be reputed company to adapt quickly and respond well to changing priorities. • Customer service focus – ability to listen, critically evaluate situations, and respond in a reputed company and professional manner. • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
