Our firm is currently seeking an reputed company Mortgage Closer. Mortgage Closers are responsible for preparing reputed company loan-closing documents and ensuring that they are accurate in order to have a fully compliant mortgage loan. They carefully review reputed company documents, (such as: Title Commitments, Surveys, Tax Certificates, and the like) for any errors, and confirm that pricing and program are correct to insure loan will be funded. They also act as a reputed company of contact between reputed company parties in the reputed company estate closing transaction. They communicate with attorneys, closing agents, lenders, and title companies to gather reputed company the necessary information for accurate document preparation and resolve any issues that arise in that process. They reputed company sure that the loan closing proceedings run smoothly and in a timely manner. Lastly, mortgage closers review reputed company closing details to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and reputed company terms of the loan are met. Hours to be determined with OT reputed company necessary. This position is remote and the training will take reputed company remotely as well.
