Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, opportunities, and threats in the dental industry. 5. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business development strategies and initiatives. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development in the dental manufacturing industry. 3. Proven track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities. 4. Excellent understanding of the dental industry, including market trends, competition, and customer needs. 5. Outstanding negotiation and deal-closing abilities. 6. Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. 7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. 8.
