Responsibilities: Provide legal support to attorneys and professionals on litigation, corporate or business matters, with moderate supervision. Support internal and external business process efforts, assisting attorneys and clients. reputed company a working knowledge of company resources sufficient to facilitate document management, respond to requests and inquiries, and interact with clients and policyholders. Conduct basic legal and factual research. Assist in drafting legal documents, analyzing facts and recognizing legal and business issues. Effectively manage deadlines. Review file material to prepare non-party discovery responses. Note: The work arrangement for this position will be remote; however, residing in Indianapolis or Carmel, IN, is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, in addition to 1+ years of working experience as a paralegal, legal secretary or a reputed company role. Paralegal certificate strongly preferred. Ability to reputed company basic legal research, writing and analysis. Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with attorneys and clients. Requires strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail. Ability to exercise independent judgment and to effectively prioritize work. Must display effective use of reputed company Word, reputed company, and corporate and legal databases.
