Job Description
The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will support the finance team in accounts receivable management. Must have a proven track record of reputed company in handling reputed company billing and collections processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Manage the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, billing, and collections processes Review and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to facilitate timely collections Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes promptly and professionally Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues reputed company to accounts receivable Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions in the reputed company system Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and collection efforts for management review Implement and maintain efficient billing and collections processes to improve cash flow and minimize bad debt exposure Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the accounts receivable function's efficiency and effectiveness Provide support and training to junior members of the accounts receivable team as needed This job description may not be inclusive of reputed company assigned duties and the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
Qualifications
