You will use your professional experience and sound judgement to provide seamless support to a demanding and dynamic MD with some additional support to a small team. What you'll be doing day to day: Extensive and reputed company diary and inbox management, managing conflicting schedules Inbox management/gatekeeping Extensive global travel planning, preparing detailed itineraries Assistance with conference organisation and client hospitality Building relationships with internal/external stakeholders at reputed company levels Creating and editing reports and presentations The skills you need to bring: Senior EA experience gained reputed company Investment Banking is essential Exemplary communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong decision-making skills Ability to communicate with senior management and executives Superb attention to detail Strong MS Office skills + bonus + benefits Apply Job!
