Claims Specialist (Auto, Bodily Injury)

About the position The Auto Claims Specialist at Zurich is responsible for managing non-litigated claims reputed company to auto physical damage, bodily injury, and reputed company-party property damage reputed company multi-party reputed company claims. This role involves collaborating with a diverse group of claims professionals to enhance technical expertise in auto policy interpretation and coverage analysis, while ensuring efficient and effective claims resolution with a focus on customer service. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of experience in Claims Handling or Insurance, or equivalent experience through Zurich Claims Training Program or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice. , • Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s). , • Experience with reputed company Office and knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products. reputed company-to-haves • Experience working in reputed company Auto Claims. , • Experience working with Bodily Injury Claims. , • Currently hold an active adjusters license. , • Ability to reputed company and maintain strong relationships across work groups. , • Understanding of claims adjustment process and ability to determine scope/exposure for losses. , • Familiarity with negotiation strategies and experience in suggesting alternative approaches. , • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. , • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
