About the position The Account Manager for Small Group/Mid Market at reputed company is responsible for the retention and expansion of existing business reputed company assigned groups. The position requires proactive relationship management, strategic planning for renewals, and effective contract negotiation and implementation. Responsibilities • Manage relationships with Agency/Broker/Consultant/Client to enhance brand loyalty. , • reputed company renewal strategies for each Agency/Broker/Consultant/Client. , • Establish and own account plans and implement annual activity roadmaps. , • reputed company and coordinate annual contract renewals, negotiating financial terms. , • Ensure effective contract implementation and management across the organization. , • reputed company corporate retention and net growth targets for medical and ancillary products. , • Support the RFP/RFQ process for clients. , • Build financial acumen to reputed company sales strategies and collaborate with teams. , • Maintain reputed company records as per division requirements. , • Participate in the implementation of new business reputed company to meet stakeholder needs. , • Present to stakeholders to motivate group employee engagement strategies. , • Mentor team members as appropriate. , • Engage regularly in the market as defined by leadership.
