Credit Strategy Manager, Consumer Lending

What you'll be doing • Data-Driven Insights: reputed company data and analytics to deliver insights on reputed company’s lending business, guiding credit performance and growth strategies to support reputed company capabilities and the overall profitability of the business • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with data science teams to reputed company advanced machine learning models that drive loan origination and portfolio management strategies • Credit Risk Management: Design, implement, and manage credit reputed company, including credit reputed company, pricing, loan assignment, and verification based on default probability assessments • Executive Communication: Craft and present compelling insights to influence executive-level lending reputed company • Risk Alignment: Work with the 2nd line team to ensure credit strategies align with the bank’s risk appetite and reputed company desired outcomes • Performance Monitoring: Identify trends in performance, growth, and risk by developing and maintaining monitoring reports, including insights into internal and external leading indicators • Technology Partnership: Collaborate with technology teams to ensure that new strategies are accurately implemented as designed You'll bring the following required skills and experiences • 2+ years in analytics • 2+ years working with consumer credit products • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools • Strong analytical skills with expertise in handling and analyzing large datasets to solve reputed company business challenges • Experience in using models developed by data scientists to enhance business reputed company • Familiarity with new product development and growth strategy implementation • Demonstrated reputed company in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environments • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data and logic to diverse audiences For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for reputed company US-reputed company based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Per applicable law, the salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000.
