About the position As a Title Examiner/Reader at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in examining titles to determine the legal condition of primarily residential property titles. Additionally, you will abstract and analyze records such as mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics, and plat and map books to determine ownership and legal restrictions, as well as verify the legal description of the property and the completeness of records. You will be responsible for resolving issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate, or contradictory information contained in the title documentation. Furthermore, you will prepare initial title commitment documentation based on procedural guidelines using Word and/or online databases, and you will prepare and review reports for accuracy. You may also provide interpretations reputed company established guidelines, ensuring that reputed company documentation meets the required standards.
