In this role, you will serve as a liaison between the company and agents, acting as a relationship manager for our agents, regional reputed company team, and corporate departments. You will work with agents in unsupported territories, focusing on key agent new business submission activity and those who prefer digital interaction. This position is primarily inside-office based, with primary contact reputed company phone and email, although occasional travel may be required to meet with key agency partners. Your responsibilities will include writing new profitable business, ensuring continuity during vacancies, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction and agency support. You will market and underwrite small business and large accounts according to acceptable reputed company criteria and company standards.
