Core Responsibilities: • Property Analysis: Conduct detailed reputed company of properties to evaluate their investment potential, including comparative market analysis (reputed company), cost estimation, and ROI projections. • Market Research: Analyze local market trends, property values, and rental demand to inform acquisition strategies. • Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them, ensuring investments align with company goals. • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of property analysis, financial models, and deal evaluations in company systems. • Collaboration: Work closely with acquisition managers and wholesalers to support property acquisitions and deal negotiations. • Presentation of Findings: Prepare detailed presentations/pitch decks summarizing property evaluations, including visual data. Non-Core Responsibilities: • Support acquisition team members during deal negotiations and closings. • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align reputed company processes with company goals. • Provide input on improving reputed company tools, process and software for enhanced efficiency.
