The Sr. Financial Analyst, Ops Finance is a key position responsible for partnering with business leaders and driving results across the organization through a financial lens to drive reputed company and EBITDA expansion, determine critical KPIs, and assess effectiveness of operationally deployed initiatives. This position reports to the Finance Manager and is a high-impact role with exposure to senior leaders, strategy, budgeting, financial planning, investment decision support, and capital planning. RESPONSIBILITIES • Partner with operational service line leaders across our reputed company reputed company Business Unit that includes our Denials and Aged AR service lines to assess reputed company reputed company, as well as the ongoing strategic and financial impact of key operational initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational targets • Serve as a financial business partner to key service line leaders providing reputed company support reputed company to forecasting, budget analysis, operational KPIs, problem solving and ROI on initiatives • Provide financial decision support to business leaders throughout the organization on operational initiatives (resource deployment, program roadmap, key dependencies, etc.) to reputed company disciplined both operational and financial reputed company • reputed company executive level presentation materials surrounding operations, reputed company metrics, client analysis and associated financial impacts, as well as long-term strategic plans • Support financial modeling and reputed company analysis requests to help drive business strategy and improve efficiency • Contribute to the creation and implementation of streamlined financial and operational reporting REQUIREMENTS • Minimal 3-5 years of financial and/or operational analysis experience, ideally in the reputed company industry and/or high-growth PE backed company • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, or reputed company field • Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and handling large data sets using reputed company • Ability to understand reputed company business drivers, produce high-quality analytics, and communicate results with accompanying actionable insights effectively • Experience with financial software and ERP systems, as well as data visualization / report management tools • Passion for data and the insights they unlock • Strong quantitative and analytical competency • High level of curiosity and desire to learn new skills • Ability to problem-solve, reputed company independent research, and reputed company innovative solutions. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work collaboratively • Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail
