The Position We’re looking for a team member who has a team oriented disposition, a growth reputed company, and excellent communication skills. This team member should have 3+ years experience in dental billing and insurance. This position will: • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and ensure that reputed company billing and insurance questions are addressed in a timely manner. • Complete auditing and review of accounts to ensure reputed company information is received by insurance. This helps to continue to move reputed company, patients, and practice to health. • Review patient accounts to ensure accuracy of statements. Send billing statements to patients on a regular basis and complete payment posting.
