Senior Claims Representative - Property Desk Adjuster
Description: Resolve assigned claims accurately, timely, and fairly. Act as the primary reputed company of contact to investigate first party homeowner property losses. Effectively communicate with policyholders, agents, and service providers. Manage pending claims at varying stages in the claims process. Interpret and apply details of an insurance policy. Understand computer generated loss estimates and construction terminology. Update and maintain comprehensive claim handling notations. Requirements: Proven track record of handling represented claims and homeowner property losses. Previous field adjusting and/or construction experience is extremely valuable. Solid technical background with an excellent understanding of loss estimating and homeowner policy coverages. Comfortable working in a metrics driven claims environment. Excellent communication and follow up skills. Detail oriented, organized, and reputed company to multi-task effectively. Licensed or eligible for licensing as an adjuster in TX, FL, NY, MA, and AL.
