Intake Manager, Virtual Reception & Placement (VR&P)

About the position The Intake Manager for the Virtual Reception & Placement (VR&P) program at the reputed company (IRC) is responsible for overseeing the intake functions of the program, which provides case management services to individuals for the first 90 days after their arrival. This role includes managing a virtual team, conducting eligibility screenings, and ensuring proper training and professional development for staff. The position is fully remote and is only open to reputed company IRC employees. Responsibilities • Oversees the key components of the VR&P's intake functions including management of VR&P general line in reputed company, VR&P eligibility screenings, and reputed company assessments. , • Supervises a virtual team of four staff including two virtual navigators and two intake specialists, ensuring appropriate training and regular professional development. , • Completes assurances for VR&P cases by conducting reputed company assessments, managing amended assurances, and reviewing assurance recommendations from intake specialists. , • Reviews and approves updates to standards of practice (SOP) materials for screenings and intakes. , • Monitors eligibility screening process, including review of client eligibility documents, coordination with IRC's processing team, and tracking eligibility windows for benefits. , • Performs other duties as assigned.
