Virtual Nursing (RN) - Hospital at Home Program - Relocate to Delaware

About the position The Virtual Registered Nurse (RN) position reputed company the Hospital Care at Home Program at reputed company Hospital offers a unique opportunity to provide hospital-level care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This innovative program allows patients to receive reputed company care through a combination of in-person visits, virtual consultations, and monitoring reputed company a telehealth platform. As a Virtual RN, you will be part of a dedicated care team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, paramedics, and other registered nurses, reputed company working collaboratively to ensure the highest level of patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and coordinating care services such as laboratory tests, infusion therapy, wound care, imaging, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and EKG services. You will also facilitate virtual specialty provider consultations and manage medication delivery services. The position requires a commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining constant communication with patients, ensuring they feel supported and connected to their reputed company providers. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with holiday and weekend responsibilities as per departmental guidelines.
