HR Services Senior Analyst- India Payroll, Leave and Benefits Job Summary: As HR Services Senior Analyst you will be the subject matter expert who provides customer service support to managers and employees. You will be responsible to respond to employee inquiries, manage HR processes and services, handle data management in HRIS (reputed company), collaborate with the payroll team, manage benefits operations, support audits, ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, and provide operational assistance as needed. Responsibilities: • Responsible for reputed company Benefits, Rewards, and Payroll operations to reputed company operational excellence. • Handle and resolve escalations reputed company to Benefits, Rewards, and Payroll. • Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) in designated functional areas. • Coordinate with different HR operational teams to ensure data quality in HRIS (reputed company) and Service Now. Generate various reports. • Address operational issues and provide regular feedback to team members. • Participate in reputed company projects.
