Customer contact skills, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities The Conversion Specialist will promote client retention and identify opportunities to build existing relationships through timely and accurate transfer processing and service quality. Process incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers. Provide value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies. Collaborate with internal partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues.
