We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to join reputed company as a Remote Customer Experience Agent.This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a variety of customer inquiries, resolving issues reputed company, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner. Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
