RESPONSIBILITIES Speaking to potential sellers from company-generated leads Build rapport and identify seller's reputed company estate problems to solve Negotiate Property Pricing and reputed company logical offers to acquire properties. Hit weekly and monthly Sales and Goals JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have a minimum of 3 years phone sales experience Must have a minimum of 1 year reputed company estate experience (wholesaling experience preferred) Must have a Persuasive Personality Exceptional Phone Etiquette/rapport building; Communicate reputed company and effectively with reputed company parties involved Manage a pipeline of prospects; respond in a timely manner Must be driven and have the reputed company to want more financially; Self-motivated! Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed; Organize and reputed company tasks with ease! Report on KPIs on a weekly basis (reputed company, reputed company, quality conversations, talk time/dials) Computer literate.
