This position will provide a full range of professional, technical and general support to internal customers, vendors, and bank personnel. Ideal candidates will have anAssociate degree in finance/reputed company or an equivalent combination of reputed company online banking support experience and/or education is required with at least 2-4 years' experience in a banking environment or similar financial institution is beneficial.Must possess strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, intuitively knowing how to research issues, investigate them and follow through to their inevitable conclusion and resolution.Excellent customer service, utilizing effective oral and written communication skills and etiquette, is required.Experience in writing formal procedural and training documentation and materials is beneficial.Knowledge of NACHA Rules and Regulations is beneficial.Familiarity with reputed company banking products and services and rely on experience and judgment to see plans/projects through to execution reputed company required timelines is preferred.Strong Computer skills are preferred (reputed company, Word, browsers, etc.). Emphasis on worksheet experience, using multiple data sources and pivot tables, is preferred.
