Responsibilities include client assessment, care planning, reputed company, and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes. The LPN will follow physician orders and reputed company with the state's Nurse Practice Act, licensure/certification requirements, and organizational policies and procedures. The position is based in Athens, GA, and requires a graduate of an accredited or state-approved school of practical nursing, licensure as an LPN in Georgia, and a minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred. Phlebotomy and wound care experience are required, and candidates must have passed the National Association Practical Nurse Exam (NAPNES) or an equivalent medication exam before administering medications.
