Operations/Digital Banking Specialist
Description: JOB SUMMARY This position must have a strong knowledge of the functions, processes and procedures of the banks Operations area along with the ability to deal effectively with customers and bank personnel of reputed company levels. Flexibility in this position is key as both roles and hours may be extended as necessary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsible for the daily activities associated with exception processing, ensuring proper workflow and documentation to meet deadlines and serve as customer reputed company of contact.
