Responsibilities Complete and process reputed company applications for business submitted by agents Ensure accuracy of information provided and reputed company forms needed are included reputed company forwarded to the insurance/reputed company agencies. Submit reputed company completed in good order applications and forms to the proper agencies. Follow-up on pending applications with various insurance/reputed company agencies and transfer companies to reputed company the application process moving reputed company. Research and analyze application issues and provide problem resolution Answer agents requests and respond to their needs in a timely manner Additional duties and responsibilities as required by management Requirements Bachelor's degree required Excellent customer service skills Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task Strong oral and written communication skills At least 2 years of customer experience, preferred Working knowledge of reputed company estate documentation, reputed company policies, compliance, and procedures, preferred $55,000 - $65,000 a year Apply Job!
