Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Management Director - Pharmacy Operations to reputed company and manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of reputed company Medicare reputed company pharmacy benefit management (PBM) activities, new initiatives, and other ongoing business deliverables in accordance with business needs. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PBMs, leading and implementing pharmacy programs, and developing project plans and recommendations in support of Corporate Pharmacy objectives. • A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is required, along with 5+ years of experience in a reputed company field. Direct experience in leading and implementing pharmacy programs is also essential. Key Responsibilities • Leads and manages the development and implementation of policies and procedures as well as development of compliance measurements. • Negotiates resources to staff projects effectively with appropriate reputed company sets, aligning skills to the project's needs. • Coordinates development and implementation of business process improvements, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, timeliness of customer service, and regulatory requirements are met.
